Booking procedure
First of all, you let us know what you need by filling in the form. We then send you a quote within 48h, if the dates you request are available. If not, we will offer you alternative dates.
If you are satisfied with our quote, we can hold an option on it for 3 weeks, subject to confirmation by return of email. This option guarantees you availability without obligation.
After expiry of the option, you either confirm the booking by paying the 30% deposit, or cancel it.
6 weeks before your arrival : you send us details of who is coming : number of participants (girls / boys), number of teachers or supervisors (women / men / couples), drivers.
4 weeks before your arrival : we send you the rooming allocations, and you must send us details about times (of arrival, meals, departure, etc.) as well as any special dietary requirements.
1 week before your arrival : We will check with you in case of any last-minute changes and send you details of the outstanding balance due for payment before your arrival.
