Details of school group trips in Calais !

From nursery school kids to A level students, whether it’s for a seaside field trip or a cramming course, our hostel will welcome you in a protective environment. With meals adapted to suit your needs, conference rooms for holding meetings, working or organising activities, and with the beach nearby for games, the CES is the perfect place to come to !

The hostel has 162 beds available in 84 bedrooms (mainly twin rooms but also a few singles and triple rooms). Each communicating bathroom is shared by two bedrooms. Sheets are provided and the beds are made up. Accompanying teachers are accommodated in twin rooms or singles and coach drivers have their own room. Each group is accommodated on the same floor and/or corridor, according to numbers.

Our restaurant has 120 place settings; two equipped classrooms are available for your assemblies. You can also use the library, the outdoor terrace and our leisure area (with billiards, table football, board games and traditional games). Wifi access is available free of charge throughout the building.

Our establishment is fully secured, with a night watchman present from 11 pm to 8 am. Our friendly and adaptable team is on hand to take care of you before and during your stay !

It's time to eat!

Meals are self-service - easy and delicious! Our kitchen team takes account of all dietary restrictions (special diets, allergies, etc.) and adapts mealtimes to suit your timetable. You can choose your meal times within the following time slots :

• Breakfast : 7am - 9am
• Lunch : 11.30 am - 1pm
• Evening meal : 6pm - 7.30pm

If you wish to have your meal outside these time slots, please let us know! We also offer packed lunches to take on your all-day outings.

Prices are expressed per person and per day on the basis of accommodation in shared rooms (twins, 3 or 4-bed rooms)

• Sheets are provided, beds are made up
• Towels are NOT provided
• For adults a daily tax (taxe de séjour) is charged in addition (according to regulations in force)
• An additional 1€ is charged for one-night stays
• Groups are accommodated together (according to size) on the same corridor/floor
• Single room supplement waived for coach drivers
